We're looking for a team-oriented, growth-minded Registered Dental Assistant with excellent communication skills to join our Georgetown practice. This team member should hold a valid RDA certification and a Registered Dental Assistant license — or be actively pursuing such licensure in accordance with all TDSDE regulations.

Day to day, this role will:

• Assist the doctor and support each patient throughout their care encounter, helping them move toward a state of well-being.
• Prepare treatment rooms following procedure guidelines. Perform sterilization and maintain a clean, safe work environment.
• Advocate for patients — helping them work through fears, anxiety, and discomfort with compassion and professionalism.

This position is based at our Renken Dentistry at San Gabriel office in Georgetown, TX. Both full-time (35–40 hours/week) and part-time schedules are available.
