Progressive - Idea of creating health embraced. Discovery and imagination begin. Basic oral health goals identified. Long-term focus. Patient moves toward goals. Early signs of disease addressed in plan.
Complete - Patient reaches long-term goals, is actively engaged with home care and proper maintenance. Protection and prevention for the long run.
Fulfillment, Observation - Overall health aligns with oral health as patient continues to discover new ways to promote great health for self and family. Mainly observation by a professional.
